Preparing to Launch
We all go through different “seasons” of life. Ecclesiastes 3 says part of growing and maturing involves going through times of sorrow, times of joy, times of mourning, and times of rejoicing, just to name a few. However, the result of changing seasons can be either a negative experience or an opportunity for growth. Knowing this about the human experience, it’s essential that we appropriately lead those in our care to embrace change as a opportunity for God to stretch us, expand our horizons, and mature us in our relationship with Him. Preparing to Launch is a three week group study that will help to provide a framework from Scripture to capitalize on change within your group.
